QUESTION 02

Do you expect to have to appoint specialist advisers: yes, no, don't know. If yes, in what areas?

Please specify the specialist adviser areas:

QUESTION 03

The SIA are suggesting they take a risk-based prioritisation of sectors in terms of addressing compliance and non-compliance issues. Do you consider clubs in the Trident Leagues to be high risk premises? Please explain your response.

Provide your rationale and explanations:

QUESTION 04

Do you think the SIA should publish advice (on an anonymised basis) given in relation to sports stadia specific issues identified during compliance checks in order that all operators in the sector can take the learnings into account?

QUESTION 05

Do you think that the SIA should share information they obtain under Martyn’s Law registrations with other public bodies, such as licensing authorities, if issues are identified? If not, why not?

Please specify your concerns: why should they NOT share information?

QUESTION 06

Do you think that the SIA should specifically acknowledge and incorporate into their Guidance recognition that operators of smaller stadiums should be subject to a different interpretation of what is ‘appropriate’ in terms of measures expected to be put in place, and what measures might be considered ‘reasonably practicable’ to implement for smaller stadia?

If so, would you recommend a threshold, remembering that enhanced tier requirements begin at 800 persons, for ground size? For instance- 800 to 1,000 capacity stadiums or 800 to 5,000 capacity stadiums for small stadium status? If you are recommending such acknowledgement, what factors should the SIA take into account for smaller stadium operators when considering what is ‘appropriate’ or what is ‘reasonable and practicable’?

Recommended Stadium Capacity Threshold:
Factors and constraints to take into account:

QUESTION 07

The SIA are looking to volunteers for a pilot scheme as part of their road to implementation. Would you be willing to volunteer? Y/N
